E4S is fully committed to protecting personal data and ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all applicable European and national data protection laws. 

Personal data collected during the application, evaluation, and fellowship implementation phases are processed solely for the purposes of managing the programme, including recruitment, selection, contractual management, reporting, and communication. Data processing is limited to what is strictly necessary and is handled securely and confidentially. 

Applicants and fellows have the right to access, rectify, restrict or request the deletion of their personal data, in accordance with applicable legislation. Data are retained only for the period required by legal and contractual obligations under Horizon Europe.
