Employment and Financial Conditions

The fellows selected will be offered an employment contract at the implementing partner of their choice, including statutory working practices, social security coverage and social benefits, complying (minimum requirement) with national legal requirements. Fellows will be paid by the corresponding implementing partners in accordance with their employment contract. The programme ensures competitiveness and attractiveness in the academic labour market. Each fellow will receive an allowance to cover expenses associated to research and training costs (including travel costs). This amount can be used to cover expenses related to attending conferences and seminars, secondments, required equipment (such as consumables, materials or small equipment’s laboratory supplies, and any other expenses that can be directly linked to the research or the fellow Career Development Plan)
